Warranty Policy


This Guarantee Policy establishes the terms and conditions under which OsmoSystems SpA ("the Company") offers a guarantee for its products purchased through our online store. Please read this policy carefully before making use of the guarantee.

1.- Scope of the guarantee: The guarantee of our products applies to malfunctions that are not attributable to incorrect installation or misuse by the customer. In the event that the product presents a fault covered by the guarantee, the Company undertakes to repair the affected product or to replace it in the event that it is not repairable.

2.- Duration of the guarantee: Our products have a valid guarantee for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. To validate if the failure is covered by the warranty, it is necessary for a technician authorized by the Company to inspect the product.

3.- Warranty exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following cases:

    • Misuse of the product or use outside of normal operating conditions.
    • Damage caused by blows to the equipment.
    • Incorrect installation of the product.
    • Electrical surges or voltage drops.
    • Use of equipment for different purposes or working conditions for which they were not designed.
    • Not having up-to-date maintenance.
    • Having accessories or spare parts installed that do not belong to the Osmosystems brand.
    • Consumable spare parts such as water filters.


    4.- Warranty use process:

    To make use of the guarantee, the client must follow the following process:

    • Send an email to contacto@osmosystems.cl , indicating the equipment purchased and describing in detail the malfunction or problem experienced. It is important to attach photographs that allow a better understanding of the problem.
    • Keep the purchase receipt or invoice, as it is a requirement to make the guarantee effective.
    • The Company will contact the client within the following 48 business hours from the receipt of the mail.


    5.- Shipment of the damaged product:

    The customer must send the damaged product to the following address: Chilexpress Padre Hurtado branch, where our technical service will remove the product. The cost associated with this office will be borne by the client.


    6.- Evaluation and repair/replacement:

    Upon receipt of the damaged product, our technical team will evaluate the failure to determine if it is repairable. If so, the repair will proceed and the product will be shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.

    If the product cannot be repaired, a new equipment will be sent to replace the damaged equipment.

      This Warranty Policy is intended to provide confidence and customer support when purchasing our products. The Company undertakes to comply with the conditions established in this policy, as long as the requirements are met and the aforementioned exclusions are respected.
